Interiors
SCDA crafted the interiors for 515 West 29th Street half-floor, full-floor and duplex homes at a scale and attention to detail rarely seen in a new development.

Each apartment’s grand and graceful proportions with loft-like open layouts, perfectly scaled rooms, soaring ceilings and views of the High Line through monumental windows make 515 West 29th Street residences a notable addition to New York City architecture and rare opportunity to enjoy fine craftsmanship in a new boutique building.
Fixtures & Materials
Interiors at 515 West 29th Street are irresistibly luxurious with minimal cutting-edge aesthetic and attention to detail.

A minimal aesthetic combines with a textured material palette, taking one from warm, textured roots to smooth calm stone.

Each interior detail has been precisely executed by SCDA: from wide-plank light oak flooring, to imported Italian millwork by Molteni including solid full-length doors, and custom Molteni closets. Spa-like bathrooms with honed marble, outfitted with Duravit and Dornbracht fixtures, custom-designed Balthaup kitchens equipped with Gaggenau appliances, aluminium backsplashes, 10 mm quartz countertops, were assiduously chosen by Soo Chan to convey a sense of
modern urban elegance and serenity.
